Synopsis
Sixteen year old Zack Connor can read minds, but with one major caveat: While he is doing so, whoever's mind he's reading can also read his mind.
In addition to his bizarre super power, Zack was also born with silver eyes. His overbearing mother, Carol, refuses to explain either of these things to him. She also refuses to tell him about his father, whom he's never met. Not wanting to give Carol access to his thoughts, Zack goes without answers, and primarily only uses his power to communicate with his pet doves.
Everything changes when Zack meets Tamika Paige, another silver-eyed individual who also has a super power with an ironic side effect. Tamika tells Zack about an upcoming convention for people like them, and Zack decides to attend, hoping to find his long-lost father there.
However, while the convention may hold the answers to all of Zack's burning questions, it also holds danger. Can Zack find his father, or a cure for his side effect, while also avoiding the mysterious creature that's killing the convention guests?ย
